I am a Member at the Institute for Advanced Study.
Previously, I was a postdoc with Prof. Georgios Dimitroglou Rizell in Uppsala. Before that, I was a postdoc in Strasbourg, France. I obtained my PhD from Humboldt University of Berlin in October 2024.
I work in symplectic geometry, with a particular focus on questions related to Lagrangian submanifolds, Lagrangian capacity, and symplectic and Lagrangian embedding problems. A recurring theme in my work is the interaction between quantitative symplectic invariants and the geometry of Lagrangian submanifolds. I use a range of tools, including pseudo-holomorphic curve techniques, Floer-type homologies, and string topology.
